We propose traditional recipes from Ladin, South Tyrolean, Mediterranean and international cuisine but revisiting them in a modern way. Where it's possible, we use local products in order to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. In fact, the using of local products reduces the impact on the environment and and improves the nutritional properties of the products themselves.
Choosing to shop and consume locally is not only a conscious gesture, but also a concrete way to contribute to a more prosperous and harmonious future for all.
- Led lights (where possible)
The hotel uses LED lighting to reduce electricity consumption and to reduce waste from incandescent light bulbs.
- 100% green electricity
The hydroelectric energy used is produced locally by hydroeletric power plant.
- Heat recovery and reuse
The use of generators allows the heat they produce to be used to heat the entire hotel.
- Waste sorting
The hotel increasingly improves the waste sorting in order to encourage the recycling and the correct waste disposal
- Charging electric cars (for a fee)
The Almhof Hotel Call has electric charging stations for both Tesla and electric vehicles of other brands.
- Bikes
Discover the magnificent surrounding area moving in a sustainable way: rent our mountain bikes (free of charge) and our e-bikes (for a fee). We are available for suggestions and advice for the various routes you can take.
- Transfer service to and from San Lorenzo station
If you prefer to travel by public transport, reach the San Lorenzo di Sebato station and on arrival and departure we will organize a free transfer to/from the hotel
